Go out on saturday, come back and Bert has fixed my bathroom window (from the outside), the handle had come off and I happened to mention this on Tuesday in various discussions.

.......Out on Sunday with Rowan, am driving the car, mobile rings.....is Bert..... Rowan just bursts out laughing (she is supportive like that)....... then message beep goes on phone. Bert has left voicemail. (alarm no. 6)
15 minutes later, still driving, mobile rings......is Bert...... Rowan bursts out laughing.......then message beep goes on phone. Bert has left voicemail number 2..... (alarm no.7)
Listen to voicemail, Bert has been to mine to drop off some things for D re gluten free - true to his word.... and an Amazon parcel that he had taken off the post man for me the other day (!) (alarm no.8 - I had proper got it by this point).....
